If you're ordering from another country, the shipping time is approximately five business days.

Of course! Even a very good idea, because Satty is delivered in Christmas gift packaging (with a sturdy shipping box around it), at no extra cost! This is the way to surprise a friend enormously. You can enter the delivery address yourself on the form. Order quickly because gone = gone!

We do our utmost to keep the stock up to date, but we do not have an unlimited edition. So order quickly, because gone = gone!

All Satties are sent individually in a luxurious, pink bubble envelope. In this package you can give her as a gift! The pink bubble envelope is surrounded by a sturdy shipping box for extra protection during the journey to your delivery address.

We ship to Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Denmark, France, and the Netherlands.

For orders up to €30, we charge €2.45 in shipping costs. For orders over €30, there are no shipping costs.

France, Austria, Denmark: For orders up to €50, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. For orders over €50, there are no shipping costs.

Once you have ordered, you can unfortunately no longer cancel or change your order. After receipt you can easily return your order.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Of course undamaged, in new condition and in the original packaging. If we have received your return shipment in good condition, you will be refunded your purchase amount.

In the shipping email you receive from us, there is a link with which you can create a return label. You can then return your product through a letterbox package. Please note: return costs are for your own account.
